My Health Notes is an innovative app, designed for healthcare professionals and their patients. Preloaded with all the clinic information MHN has four sections:
My Clinic Notes: Allowing text, photo and video entries helping you recall and understand the main points of your clinical encounters.
My Appointments: Allowing the entering and altering of appointment times and synced with the phones calendar. Each appointment is announced seven and two days before its arrival.
My Reminders: From ice application and exercises to referring a friend, these reminders can be set for a range of intervals, so that they arent forgotten.
My Information: All the details for your healthcare clinic in one place with the facility to share them with friends and family.
